Sportsskader

Det er altid irriterende at få en sportsskade. Den hæmmer din aktivitet og din præstation. I nogle tilfælde kan det koste dig niveau og i værste fald førlighed. Sportsskader deles i to hovedgrupper, overbelastningskader og akutte skader.

Overbelastningsskader kan være springerknæ, skudarm, golfalbue og mange flere.

Akutte skader kan være forstuvet ankel, korsbåndsskade, fibersprængning, brækket ben og mange andre.

Mange skader, også akutte, kan undgås. Det viser sig, at ca. 80 % af alle forreste korsbåndsskader er begyndt med en overbelastningsskade. Langt de fleste forreste korsbåndsskader sker samtidigt i solo, des at der er ingen kropskontakt. Mange overbelastningsskader kan undgås og statistikken viser, at det kan flere af de akutte (dem, som har afsæt i overbelastning) derved også kan undgås.
